The British Regeneration Project - Unlocking Land, Building Communities

In 2023, I founded The British Regeneration Project (TBRP) with a simple mission: to help landowners unlock the potential of their land and to create opportunities that benefit both individuals and communities.

Fast forward to today and TBRP has grown into one of the UK’s leading regeneration companies, with more than 3,700 landowners connected to us and over 300 developer partners on board. Together, we are driving change across the country, working on everything from barn conversions and staycation pods to large residential and mixed-use developments.

The challenge in the UK is not a lack of land. It is how that land is used. Too often, land sits empty or underutilised because owners lack the knowledge, contacts, or resources to make it productive. TBRP was designed to solve that problem. We act as a one-stop shop, giving landowners access to planning support, trusted developers, and sustainable finance options.

Our database now holds thousands of off-market opportunities. We work closely with developers to cut through the delays and red tape that hold projects back. In an industry where approval processes can drag on for 12–14 weeks, our aim is to make things happen in half the time.

But property is never just about numbers. It is about people and communities. Regeneration is only meaningful if it delivers value to local areas, whether that means affordable housing, job creation, or new opportunities for small businesses. That is why we involve councils, government partners, and local stakeholders from the start. It ensures that the developments we support are not just profitable, but also sustainable and welcomed by the communities they are built in.

Looking ahead, our mission is ambitious. By 2029, TBRP wants to deliver one million homes across the UK and Northern Ireland. That sounds bold, but the scale of the housing challenge demands bold action. With our network of developers, our partnerships with lenders, and our growing reputation as a trusted land partner, I believe it is achievable.

Regeneration is not just about bricks and mortar. It is about building a stronger, fairer future for landowners, developers, and communities alike. That is what The British Regeneration Project stands for, and it is why I am proud to lead it.
